Melody king mood out

Kaavalan is a film which has Vijay and Asin in the lead roles and is being directed by Siddique. This film is the remake of the Malayalam hit film Body Guard. This film was also directed by Siddique.

Vidhyasagar is composing the music for Kaavalan. Normally music composers who compose music for Vijay films will give importance to Kuthu songs than melody numbers. Then only Vijay will be satisfied. But Siddique has appreciated Vidhyasagar for composing a beautiful melody song. So Siddique had a plan to incorporate this song just before one reel of the climax.

But Vijay who knows the minds of his fans said that if there is a melody song at this point, the audience will leave their seats and go for a smoke. So he told that instead of this song, a Kuthu song can be there. But Siddique was not interested in Kuthu song.

He wanted the melody song. But both their ideas did not work out because the editor said that there is no need of a song.
